  • This Statement of Work (SOW) is issued pursuant to the Consultant Services Master Agreement between {servicesPerformed53} (“Client”) and Healthy Pet Alliance, effective {typeA88} (the “Agreement”). This SOW is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement between the parties and is made a part thereof. This SOW (hereinafter called the “SOW”), effective as of {typeA88} is entered into by and between Contractor and Client and is subject to the terms and conditions specified below. The Exhibit(s) to this SOW, if any, shall be deemed to be a part hereof.

    Certification Trademark assets and (1)-year license to Healthy Pet Alliance Certified® seal; includes stationary and digital usage for approved recipes
    Marketing Campaign Client to be featured in Healthy Pet Alliance 2023 digital marketing campaign; also featured on the Healthy Pet Alliance website, social media, and newsletter
    Research Access to (1) animal nutrition or shopper insights research study funded by the Healthy Pet Alliance per calendar year

  • The tiered pricing above is the expected due based on the number of approved recipes. The Application Fee will be applied to the final value licensing fee pending approval. The Healthy Pet Alliance Certified® license is valid for (1) year after trademark assets have been received by the Client. The Application Fee is due at the time of application submission. The Licensing Fee is collected following successful completion of the audit; to be outlined in the Licensing Agreement.
